Beginnings

Molloy brothers Honey started in 2017 when we had a bumper crop of honey out of our backyard beehive and needed to do something with it all. Soon we found out there was a substantial market for quality untreated honey. We soon started selling our honey at the local post office in Carcoar. A few years later when we had a couple more hives and were producing quite a bit of honey each year we started selling our honey in the Villiage Grocer in Carcoar. This venture has been very beneficial to the growth of our business.

At the start of 2022 we had a total of 15 hives which we had until then just kept on the farm. 8 of the 15 hives were taken out to Condobolin for the canola season. These hives became 33 and along with the addition of acouple of hives at home our hive count is up to 43.
